Here are some basic instructions to change how your name is seen when you are on Zoom Meetings with other Guild Members.
To change your Name Before a Zoom Meeting:
To change your Zoom display name before a meeting,
1. Log in to the Zoom web portal,
2. Click on "Profile" in the navigation menu, then click "Edit" next to your name.
3. In the "Display Name" field, enter your desired name and click "Save" to apply the changes.
To change your name during a Zoom Meeting:
Join a Zoom meeting on the Zoom mobile app.

On the Zoom in-meeting controls, tap Participants .

Tap your name, then tap Rename. A pop-up box will appear.

In the pop-up box, enter your display name.

Tap Done.
